You never know how you'd have appreciate Cherry Blossom after a long and chilly winter until experiencing one. Two weeks ago we were still under stormstorm but now we have all these beautiful flowers blooming with us. :)
This was the third Cherry Blossom after we moved to VA. I didn't understand why people are so crazy about the little pink and white flowers, especially when the traffic is bad and it's crowded everywhere. But the magic is once you get to meet them, every year at this time, you feel awkward not to see them again. And that's how we found it enchanting.
Unfortunately, the Cherry Blossom is usually gone very fast, especially in the thunderstorm season. If you think you can wait till weekend to see them, then you probably would see petals falling on the ground and leaves sprouting.
