Cooking Class @ Ashburn, VA 烹飪教室

To know how a person cook is a good way to know him/her more deeply.
I believe people tend to show who and how they are while they are cooking.
You learn the discipline people possess over their mind by preparing different cuisines.

To be honest, I'm never a big fan of cooking, but am excited about being part of any kind of cooking class because it's always nice to watch people cook. Most of the time I feel it's a way to know people more deeply. In many cases, people tend to show who and how they are while they are cooking. A Cooking class can be a good way to make friends who have the same interests with you. Of course, when you prepare cuisines from different countries, you kind of learn the discipline their people possess over their mind.

The owner of the cooking class is a Filipino who is in love with cooking and decided to have her own cooking studio. What a nice "dreams come true" story!! She is the instructor for most of the classes, such as "How to use knives properly?", "International Chicken" or "Let's do brunch!"...etc. Another teacher of this cooking class is a Singapore lady. She knows how to prepare authentic Thai and Malaysian cuisine very well.

In the very beginning, I was especially interested in who are coming to the class. It turned out most of them are couples, and it was like a leisure activity you can do with your lover or spouse after working or studying all day long. It did shock me a lot. The cooking studio also provides private cooking parties which you can invite your friends over to cook together and have fun. The unbeatable part is "No need to clean after cooking!!". Besides, you will have a professional  instructor to teach you how to prepare a delicious meal upon your personal requests. I hope I'll get the chance to have a party like this one day. :)
