You never know what's gonna happen when you are meeting people from the other side of the globe. It can be the worst thing of the world since you may misunderstand each other; it can be the best thing ever since you're unlikely to imagine how much surprise you will actually get from the friendship. The one I found it to be the most surprising is we share so much/many in common. When you hear them talk about themselves, you're like watching yourself talking with different appearance.
That's why we have to treasure every moment we have been getting together, and memorize every thought, talk and story we shared.
No one will be possibly left behind.
