Chinese New Year 中國新年

Celebrating Chinese New Year was always a big deal for me in my childhood, such as reunion with a crowd of people, guessing how much it would be in the red envelopes by feeling the thickness and playing cards without worrying about the bedtime. Oh! And never forget eating, eating and eating...

However, when we get older, things seem to be far more complicated. We are afraid of that crowd of people due to their reckless questions. We've got more things to hide and less willingness to share, but are compelled to stay in the same room before midnight comes on New Year's Eve meaning Shou Sui(save the year). We eat great food whenever we want to, so on the new year, nothing impresses us anymore!

Now we are living abroad, small things can easily recall our childhood's good memory.
