It was fun making chocolate although we actually just decorated them.
No one can deny that chocolate makes people feel happy and satisfied in some way. :)
Belgian people treat chocolate very seriously like wine. Not only you can taste and enjoy chocolate like wine tasting but like Champagne, it is strict to be named Belgian Chocolate.
The most fun part is doing the spice tasting. Combining chocolate with different spices to see what flavors to be brought was surprising and fascinating.
Last but not least, wrapping the chocolate with a holiday scene is always a nice touch. :)
