One of my favorite snacks we can find at the night markets in Taiwan.
We were making them to share on the Chinese New Year party although they are not that kinds of things you can find when celebrating New Years since they are something "unofficial" and "informal" and should have stayed on the street. Now that we are far away from our own countries, and we kind of missed them soooooo much... No one would even care when and where to eat them.
We started from raw sweet potato...
Here came the shape of them...
People were crazy and drooling about them....
See.... I'm telling the truth.....
They were gone in no time....
